An added value to your actual practice

We know we can add value to your consulting practice by offering you a new market and a diversified US immigration services offer to your clients. Many of the things you needed to learn for your Canadian immigration practice applies to US immigration as well. Additionally, we provide an intensive training program on the services we offer and our marketing division will prepare a specific business plan according to your needs, at no cost to you.

Why are you authorized to offer US immigration services to your clients?

At CanAm Immigration US Division, we offer US immigration services specifically designed for businesses, companies, small investors (minimum investment USD 100,000 $) and professionals. We also offer personal services such as spousal petition.

The reason consultants can offer US immigration services to their clients is that they are not giving legal advices because there are no legal advices to be given. The questions you have to ask your clients are all related to admissibility requirements which are defined by administrative rules (as opposed to US immigration laws). These administrative rules are established by 3 branches of government and they can be modified at any time. These 3 branches of government are: United States Citizenship and Immigration services- USCIS- (who approves Expansion visas and Professional visas), the US State Department (who approves Investor visas because it manages bilateral treaties between the US and over 75 countries) and the US Consulate or Embassy in the client’s home country (managing the issuing of visas).

As a consultant, to be able to prequalify clients, you need to gather information from the client concerning different aspect of the US visas offered by CanAm immigration US division.

Example:

Visa for Business and Company: The client needs to establish and document that their business or company qualifies and that their key employees are admissible according to admissibility requirements.

Visa for Investor(s): The investor(s) must document that their investment qualifies and that the investor(s) are admissible to obtain a US visa (and that they are in compliance with the treaty between US and their home country).

Visa for Professional: The client must have a minimum of a Bachelor degree. The company hiring the professional must document that the position offered to the professional requires a Bachelor Degree and must prove that they can pay the prevailing wage according to the standard established by the US Department of Labor.

Of course, we provide our consultants an extensive training program that teaches them how to pre-qualify their clients.

The business cases are prepared by our professional consultants in their related fields of expertise.
